Industrial Skills Trainers to be deployed at the World Largest Oil
& Gas Industry in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Tasks involve
coordinating with concerned personnel in related functions such as
teaching, academic counseling, testing, and reviewing curriculum.
Moreover, native speaking trainers will add variety,
versatility, and enhance the use of English language among trainees and
which in turn will impact the students academic and work
performance.

| REQUIREMENTS (Industrial
Skills Trainers) with minimum ten (10) years of extensive experiences: Safety Trainer/ HSE Engineer Minimum BSc in Industrial Safety relevant to engineering discipline from a recognized institute or university. Possess safety professional certification such as OSHA, NEBOSH Certificate or NSC Advanced Certificate Ten (10) years experience in delivering industrial safety training and facilitating workshop is preferred. Hands-on experience in industrial safety management and oil / gas plants operation and/or petrochemical industry would be beneficial. Expertise in process hazard analysis, Emergency, response program, risk communication, risk assessment, qualitative / quantitative & Hazard communication. Familiarity with industrial Safety products and requirements. Experience with instructional program which incorporate blended - learning or simulations. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Fluency in English language with computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Operator Trainer Qualified Supervising or Control board Operator for the Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industry. Experience in One or more of the following Processes: Distillation/fractionation, reactor/catalytic, cryogenic, hydro treating, GOSP, WIP, utilities or tank farm operations. DCS experience Preferred. Instrument Technician Trainer Have experience in industry with at least ten(10) years working with DCS (Yologawa, Honeywell, TDC 3000/Foxboro/Delta V), & PLC (Triconex/Siemens/Allen Bradley/Bristol Babcock): Ability to maintain compressor controls, turbine controls, foundation, field bus, plant wide networks, & repair of gas analyzers a plus. Driller Trainer Have experience in Oil & Gas well operator, driller tool pusher, rig Foreman. Land based: jack up, fixed or mobile, off shore drilling experience applicable, Work over, down hole recovery, cementing and directional Drilling work experience necessary. Knowledge of sour gas operations required. Electrical Trainer Have experience in Class 1, Division 1, Oil & Gas Petrochemical Plants, supporting maintenance and installation of large electrical rotating and distribution equipment. Medium and high voltage experience required. Able to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical, and electronic systems and components, using electrical/ electronic, current injection test equipment, schematics and one line diagrams. Experience in the repair of UPS, ESD, MOV, battery charging equipment, Able to interpret logic diagrams. Process Instrumentation drawings and instrumentation loop diagrams helpful. Mechanical Trainer Have experience in Oil % Gas or petrochemical plants as rotating equipment specialist. Experience in disassembly and repair of large gas compressors & motor/air operated valves, steam/gas turbines. Repair of heat exchangers, boilers, vibration analysis and or laser alignment skill required. Welding Trainer Have experience as welder working in oil & gas/petrochemical industry, 01 pipe refinery certified familiar with the following Codes and Standards: AWS, ASME/ANSI, API, BS, or ASTM. Certified to weld carbon steel, GTAW, stainless steel and low alloy pipe, use of E-6010 and E-7018 electrodes for open root, fill, and cap on schedule 40-140 pipe. Pipefitter/ Fabricator Trainer Have experience as a pipefitter fabricator in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry, Must read fabrication drawings isometric & orthographic projections, able to develop material lists and fabrication templates for the projects. Plans work assignments to determine materials, equipment, and tools requirements to determine materials, equipment, and tools requirements in fabricating threaded, welded and non-metallic pipe spool fabrication. Cut, threads, bends joints, and assembles pipe for fitting and fabrication (Ferrous/Non Ferrous/Non-Metallic). Cut, prepares, bends, and drills plate for fabrication. Perform Hydrostatic testing of pipe spools. Knowledge of rigging equipment and procedures helpful. |
